Group membership form notes

Group membership of Halkirk District benefit Fund is open to groups based in the Halkirk and District Community Council area.

We ask for your details to carry out simple checks to ensure you are eligible for membership. We also need this information to allow us to contact you.

Please ensure you give your group address, email address and a contact number you are happy to receive calls from the fund on.  It is recommended at each AGM the group notes any changes in details and informs the Fund as soon as possible.All applications for membership will be reviewed at the next meeting after application is received.
